Firstly, we would like to extend a big thank you to all who attended our Open Day in July to mark our two-year Anniversary. It was a really nice day with loads of chatting and seeing familiar faces, with tea, cake, and a fun little - make your own fishy- sewing taster table.
The highlight of the day was hosting Kerrie from Living in Loveliness who has been featured on Sewing Street and… She treated us to a demonstration of her sewing techniques and displaying her range of Fabulously Fast Fat Quarter Fun patterns and kits which we now have available to purchase online and in store.

And last but not least, our Open Day would not be complete without a raffle. We had lots of lovely raffle prizes and this year’s proceeds were donated to The British Transplant Games 2023 to support Janines Granddaughter, Isabella who took part in the games for the first time after having a Liver Transplant in March 2020.
The raffle prizes of lovely sewing bundles and vouchers were snapped up by our happy winners. So congratulations to Tina, Anne, Katie, Lynne and Dawn.
